After i replaced ghelper.exe and run it, i can't custom fan curves When dgpu is enabled and custom fan curve is set things work fine and when i want to use igpu and disable dgpu gpu fan follows the curve for a while and when i tried to see why it's not turning off even though the curve says it should, it kept on spinning. Ghelper says ghelper model doesn't support custom fan curves

So i come back to0.197, and it works smoothly Zephyrus duo 16 2023 on windows 11. I plan to write an issue to report this,so i rename ghelper 199.exe and put it in the same folder of ghelper 197.exe.
Pretty simple and straight forward process, but the fan's won't come back down from max fan speeds.
It covers the creation, management, and application of custom fan curves to control laptop cooling behavior, and how these curves interact with different performance modes. If you don't like how firmware controls fans, you can try experimental build with a manual fan control It seems that after every restart or reboot, the custom fan curves dont apply automatically until i pull up g helper, go into fans+power, simoly click on one of the fan curve nodes and the fan curve immediately applies. Tuf models from 2021 and older don't support custom fan curves at all
Most probably you didn't have them in the armoury as well Most probably either you are using eco / optimized mode and your dgpu is simply off, or your windows has put the dgpu into sleep to preserve power. It's confusing as i can untick the apply custom fan curve and the fans will actually slow down as they slow to the standard asus preset The curve i'm setting isn't lower than what asus allows in th ebackground
