(latitude 5530 in this casebut but also saw it on precisions) i think they started preinstalling this app when dell switched from shipping the systems with win 10 22h2 instead of 21h2, because older systems but same model did not had this preinstalled

Hey all, i do end user it for my organization and once or twice a month, a user's dell command update application will become unresponsive This problem occurs due to the dell client management service becoming disabled. Dell has some lineups that are good quality, some areas of their support are good (enterprise/if you pay a ton), but their software is making the experience of using the machines kinda awful.
